Hello DigiWorld,  My name is Natalia, I'm a foundation year student at London Met. This is my first blog about digital media where you can read all about the digital world first-hand. Today's post is about blogging, exactly as I'm doing right now.  The first blog recognised was  links.net  by Justin Hall, a Swarthmore College student in 1994, it was called Justin's Home Page. After that, in the early stages of its development, it became a personal 'Weblog' or 'Web Log', in simpler terms, an online journal that someone would use to share information, experiences and opinions about different topics. As the years passed, it started being adapted to newer platforms and according to the demand of the public.  Justin Hall, first blogger.  However, blogging lost popularity with the rise of social media.
